Booking & Cancellations
To ensure that adequate staff members are rostered, it is vital that your child be booked into OSHC in advance.
Permanent bookings are available when you have filled out the bookings form and information sheet. There will be a fee charged unless notice is given in writing two weeks in advance for cancelling care.
Casual bookings will only be accepted if there are vacancies available.
Once you have made your booking a daily fee is charged.
Cancellation for Before School Care needs to be made the night before the care is required and After School Care cancellations need to be made by 8.00am otherwise the fee will be charged to your account.
From time to time there may be a waiting list for care, we will endeavour to see that your needs are catered for as soon as possible.
When a booked child has not arrived at the centre, the staff will follow the procedure stated in our Policies and Procedures Guidelines (available from the Centre at any time) to determine your child’s whereabouts.
