Vacation Care

A booking sheet and deposit must be received prior to attendance. There may be a waiting list for care – we will let you know as soon as a vacancy has become available. Your bookings for Vacation Care are locked in from commencement of the holidays. Notifications of cancellations are required by 5.30pm on the last day of the school term prior to the holiday program starting. A fee still applies if bookings are cancelled due to illness.

YOU WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU CANCEL YOUR CHILD’S PLACEMENT DURING THE HOLIDAY PERIOD REGARDLESS OF ANY SITUATION. i.e. PRESENTATION OF MEDICAL CERTIFICATE.

BOOKINGS CANNOT BE MADE UNTIL ALL OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL.
