Material & Services

Materials and Services Charges (school fees) support us to remain at the forefront of educational development and to maintain the best possible programs and resources.

Our Materials and Service Charge for 2022 is $253 student (an increase of $7 from the 2021 fee).

Please make final payment by the last day of Term 1, 14^th April 2022 payment arrangements are available.

Payments can be made 24/7 via the Qkr! App or direct bank payment BSB: 065-151 Account no: 10508836 please include family name or via phone or at the front office between 8:00am and 3pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.

Payment by Instalments

Payments by instalment is available when completing an Instalment agreement and returning it to the front office by 14^th April 2022 (last day of term 1)

Payments made under an Instalment Agreement must clear all outstanding fees by the end of Term 3, 2022

Hendon Primary School offer QkR (pronounced - Quicker). QkR is a free mobile application that enables mobile payments at your convenience. QkR allows parents and carers of students at Hendon PS to use their smartphones to pay for

Saving you time and alleviating the hassle of having to give your child money to carry to school. You can create a profile for individual children and Qkr! will store a history with receipt numbers for each payment you make.

We receive daily detailed reports on all payments, to enable payments and orders to be filled accordingly. The application utilises MasterCard Technology to ensure the safety of all information, and allows you to pay with any scheme credit, debit, or pre-paid card accepted by the school.
